Built in 1986, Ocean Watch consists of two 5 story buildings for a total of 90 units with an office and on site manager situated between the two buildings. All units face the ocean and provide beautiful views of the sunrise and dolphins playing in the waves. We are a "no pets" property. 

Our weekly rates range from $600 to $1100 per week depending on the unit and the time of year. Monthly rates are $1450 to $2100 also depending on the unit and time of year. Check out our rates for all the Special Event weeks.
